Precautions:
1. The oil inlet pipe and the pipe joint must be aligned and assembled. The oil inlet pipe needs to reach a certain tightening depth in the pipe joint. If the tightening depth is insufficient or the assembly is not aligned, it will cause the failure of the ferrule to come out;
2. There is a clearance fit between the oil inlet pipe and the inner hole of the pipe joint. The tolerance between the cylindrical hole of the pipe joint and the outer diameter of the oil pipe needs to be strictly limited. If the clearance is not well controlled, resulting in too large or too small, the connecting nut will be forced to tighten Under the circumstances, the ferrule will come out or be damaged;
3. Usually, connecting nuts, ferrules, and oil pipes are non-assembly parts, and the fixed torque assembly method on the assembly line cannot fully meet the sealing connection requirements of the ferrules, so special equipment is required to pre-tighten the ferrules. Ensure the sealing effect of the ferrule.
