To install the crankshaft, first confirm whether the direction is correct, whether the crankshaft is deformed or out of round, and install it after repairing or replacing it. When installing, first use printing oil to check whether the joint surface between the large tile and the crankshaft is smooth. Pay attention to the direction when installing the large tile. After calibrating the tile, apply engine oil on the tile to install the crankshaft. The direction is reversed, it is easy to pull the tile to hold the crankshaft. Also pay attention to lubrication. When tightening the tile cover bolts, pay attention to tightening from the inside to the outside, so as not to cause cumulative error and crankshaft deformation. After the tile cover bolts are tightened, use a screwdriver to insert the crankshaft and the large tile. In the gap between the covers, feel whether there is a gap between the lower crankshaft and the tile cover. The size of the gap should be soft when the screwdriver is inserted into the gap. Make sure that the crankshaft rotates smoothly.
