3. Regularly check the wear of the bearings, and replace the bearings if necessary;

4. You can check the spline part of the universal drive shaft, and there is no gap of 20-30mm, which is not conducive to the flexibility of the spline part and affects the universal alignment;

5. The joints of the universal transmission part are rusted and dead, and they will not be pulled and pushed. The universal joint does not have the effect of adjusting the center. When the shaft rotates, it will not be strong or concentric, which will cause the outer bearing to be stuck;

6. Replace with a new flower drive shaft that can be pulled and pushed flexibly;

7. The key parts are too long, 50-70mm. Because the total length of the spline is only 90mm, 50-70mm is drawn out, and the spline meshing part is only 20-30mm, and axial runout will occur during operation. Axial tension on the bearings causes serious wear and tear, resulting in the life of the bearings being stuck.
