Product introduction:

1. Meaning: Heavy-duty trucks generally have double rear axles. If they are driven separately, two transmission shafts or a transfer case are required at the output of the gearbox, which is bulky and cumbersome. At present, a through shaft is designed in the middle axle to solve this problem, and one transmission shaft drives two rear axles at the same time.

2. Function: The function of the balance shaft. The balance shaft can make the rear axle and the middle rear axle bear evenly, and the load is large, so that the tire can easily tilt up and have a large movement without affecting the other three sides of the tire.

3. Precautions for replacement:

① First loosen the nuts on the flange on the through shaft and remove the flange. Use a screwdriver to remove the through-shaft oil seal;

②First, ensure that it is the original part. The original part supplier has two manufacturers whose identification codes are: "00152 Sinotruk Commercial Vehicle Rubber Parts Factory" and "0GB19 Shaanxi Fenghang Rubber Seal Co., Ltd.";

③When assembling, use a wooden hammer or rubber hammer to install the through-shaft oil seal into the through-shaft bearing seat, and the plane gap between the through-shaft oil seal and the through-shaft oil seal seat is 0 to 0.5 mm;

④After the adjustment is required, the axial movement range of the through shaft in the bearing housing: 0.03 to 0.1 mm. Otherwise, replace until qualified.

⑤Heavy trucks have rear two bridges. When the front axle fails, power is transmitted to the rear axle through the through axle.
